Wynwood is on the rise. Being a South Florida native, Wynwood has always been a unique, albeit poorer area, plopped in the middle of Miami. But all big cities are like that. Some blocks are booming and beautiful while others need a little love. Wynwood has gotten and is getting *lots* of love. And my Floridian heart loves when little neighborhoods get the goodness they deserve. Wynwood has become a premiere arts district in South Florida, drawing natives and tourists alike. With muralists from around the globe debuting their art along the streets, and everyone from one-man-run pop-ups to acclaimed restaurants run by famous chefs, Wynwood is quickly becoming the hottest spot in a city full of heat.

I ate at quite a few places in Wynwood… can you blame me? There are plenty of others, but here are the ones I checked out — all totally worth it!
Kush Wynwood *(This is a burger joint, guys… not what it sounds like.)

And the list goes on…
